Taking ideas and building an emotional experience is something I have been doing my whole life through many different channels.

Whether it was through art, communication, relationships, yoga, sales or mindfulness, these elements have built on each other to create new offerings I have never dreamed of!

So I am bringing everything together here with my own unique voice, sharing my talents, experiences and perspective as I create!

I decided to let go of the idea that you have to be one thing, and started to embody all of my talents under the umbrella of me.

An Attitude of Gratitude

Create a Gratitude Practice you can take into your daily life. We will experience gratitude through movement, mindset & create a “make & take” journal you can take home with you. Find out what gratitude is, how to start and how to continue your practice into your daily life!

In this workshop we will explore gratitude through movement, breathing and create a journal you can take home with you along with “gratitude starters” to continue your practice at home! We will move for 30, create for 30 and practice gratitude for 30 during our time together.

Treat yourself to YOU! Bring a friend, make it a night out or a night in for your soul.

No experience needed! Movement is intro yoga level. All levels. All people! If you can breath and walk, you can do this class:)

All you need to bring is a yoga mat & a willing heart.

Take a time out from your daily routine to inject a high dose of awesome back into YOU! Because you already are amazing!

Soul Smile Girls

Mindful Empowerment for Girls 11-14 (5 weeks)

Soul Smile Girls - A place where mindfulness, movement, creativity, self awareness & positive vibes come together for the younger generation.

5 week class series is focused on teachings of positive self talk, power of visualization, meditation, confidence, body image, faith, & friendships to young girls from 11-14 years of age.

Each week we will explore a different topic, create collaborative discussion around it and pair it with an activity such as a craft, worksheet, yoga, visualization to support that weeks idea.

3 Classes designed for you to get out of your head and into your body through, yoga, breath & mindful practices. Create space for you to connect mind, body & spirit where you move through yoga poses in a way you never have before.
